Galleries are great, but there's art everywhere. Killer views, poignant scenes, urban graffiti, and unintentional hilarity abound. So for the first week-long contest, we're asking you to head out into the world and find something worth framing.
Submit your photo and you'll be entered to win one of 5 one-month subscriptions to Veer Marketplace worth $199!

How to participate:
1. Download the frame. Print it at any size and cut it out.
2. Take the frame with you wherever you go.
3. Look for something worth framing.
4. Hold the frame up (or tape it up) and take a picture.
5. Host your photo wherever you like (Flickr, TwitPic, Veer Ideas, etc.).
6. Sign up or sign in to your free Veer Ideas account.
7. Post the URL of your photo here, in the comments section of this post.

Entries will be judged on originality, creativity, and that clever spark that turns heads and starts conversations. So, not your cat. Also, please don't Photoshop the frame onto an existing photograph. That's lazy.
You have until next Thursday (September 18th, Midnight PDT) to enter. We'll announce and post the five winners here and on Twitter (VeerUpdate) on Friday.

I was going to do this contest today, but see there are already winners. I think there was a typo in the ad, "You have until next Thursday (September 18th, Midnight PDT) to enter." The day and date don't match up. Because it said the 18th, I was thinking the deadline was today, but apparently you meant to say deadline was the 17th?

Hi Nicole - yes, that could have been more clear. Thursday night at 11:59 rather than 12 Midnight on Friday. Those being one minute apart, it wouldn't have made an enormous difference to your eligibility. We'll make it more clear for future weeks.
