Vsoscreensaver

A new screensaver, from Veer

If you’ve ever done a double-take at a portrait to make sure the eyes weren’t really following you, you’re in for a treat. If you’ve been dying for a new screensaver, you’re also in for a treat.

Download it at your leisure, for Mac and Windows.

This has to be one of the best, if not creepiest, screensavers I've seen in a long time. Bravo!

McAfee comes up clean for me, Venom. Sophos does, too. Or is this a spyware joke that I'm missing...

"I don't know anymore
Are the neighbors watching me
Well is the mailman watching me
And I don't feel safe anymore, oh what a mess
I wonder who's watching me now--- (BOOO!) "... Veer !

great screensaver! Are the eyes random video clips... or set for each portrait? I'd watch and find out but I get scared... hold me.

Yaki: the eyes are specific to the paintings.

I'm on a PC and the only thing I get when I start this screensaver is this text:
"Built with ScreenTime for Flash Demo - This screen saver has expired. Please contact your vendor."

The Windows version works great now. It was compiled with the wrong version of the software. Sorry about that, Windows crowd!

Love the screensaver! But I have a problem on one of my PC's. I get "This Screen Saver has been corrupted. Please contact the vendor." I had the first faulty one installed before. Have done numerous of reinstallations but to no avail.

I absolutely adore this, and it elicits comments from everyone who sees it on my laptop. Thanks for developing it! Sadly, this week my computer downloaded the new version of Flash, and apparently the screensaver isn't compatible with this version. Any chance you'll be upgrading it? I really hope so! Thanks again--it's been such fun.

We will release an update as soon as the software vendor releases an update that compiles screen savers that are compatible with Snow Leopard. Hopefully it's not much longer of a wait.

Okay, Snow Leopards--we've updated the file with a 64-bit friendly version. Now get out there and save some screens!
