It’s hard enough to brand yourself in the creative marketplace, you can’t chance others running amok with your identity.
For that reason (or some other reason) Sydney designer Christopher Doyle created identity guidelines for himself, complete with a colour palette, clothing options, and preferred sitting positions.
You wouldn’t think it could get more charming than that. But Doyle went on to enter his guidelines — and himself — into a design competition, standing next to the book with a rationale pinned to his back.
