Artists help save a forest

Above: Ben Butcher, "My Friend the Forest"

The Totoro Forest Project aims to help save an endangered forest on the outskirts of Tokyo - the one that inspired the animated film My Neighbor Totoro. Over 200 artists have contributed works for auction, including Ben Butcher, Peter de Seve, James Jean, Alex Puvilland, Jillian Tamaki, Sam Weber, and other talents. The auction is on September 6th, in the meantime, peruse the gallery and donate.

(Thanks Joe.)
