The handwriting of typographers

Handwriting can say a lot about a person. Does it describe how we communicate as people at all? What about the people who create the words we read and use to communicate in this print heavy world... the typographer? Does their own hand writing have anything to do with the creation of fonts. The maninblue.com asked this question to several prominent award winning type designers like Erik Spiekermann and Dino dos Santos.
